White-label Shopware development for agencies

Hand us the Shopware work and keep the client

We build plugins, run updates and migrations, look after shops and step in when one goes down – under your brand, under NDA, at a price you see before we start.

Tasks and projects, not hours

We don’t rent out developers. We deliver defined tasks and projects, each with a written quote before we start.

Who we work with

Web and e-commerce agencies

You sell Shopware projects, but Shopware isn’t your core – or your team is fully booked.

Marketing agencies

You run campaigns and content for shops but have no Shopware developers of your own.

Freelancers

A client needs Shopware work you’d rather not take on alone.

What we deliver under your brand

Migrations to Shopware 6

From Shopware 5, Magento or WooCommerce: data, customers, orders and a 301 redirect for every old URL.

What agencies ask us before the first task

Will you contact my client?

Only if you ask us to, and then in your agency’s name. We never approach your clients – during our cooperation and for 24 months after it ends. It is written into our agreement and NDA.

Who owns the code?

Code we write to order – for your agency or for your client – passes in full to the client once it is paid for. Ready-made plugins from our catalogue and from the Shopware Store come with a licence to use them; the rights are not transferred. The details are in our contract. The code lives in your Git, not ours.

What will it really cost?

Every task gets a written quote. If the scope changes, you get a new quote before we do the extra work. Nothing is added to the invoice afterwards.

What if a deadline is at risk?

You hear it from us first, in writing, with a new plan – not after the date has passed.

How do we know the quality is right?

Every change is reviewed before it goes to your client’s shop. Our own extensions passed Shopware’s review for the Shopware Store.

Who will we talk to?

Daniel Bohusz (founder, Shopware developer since 2014) for technical questions and Julita Legutko for projects and day-to-day communication. Written communication in English or German, calls in English or Polish.

What if we take the work in-house?

The code is in your repository and documented. We hand over and answer questions. No lock-in.

How white-label cooperation works

  1. 1NDA firstWe sign your NDA or ours before we see any client data.
  2. 2Your toolsWe work in your Jira, Slack and Git – or in ours, if you prefer.
  3. 3You choose who talks to the clientOnly you, or us talking to your client in your agency’s name.
  4. 4A quote before we startPrice and delivery date in writing. We start when you accept.
  5. 5Review and hand-overCode reviewed, documented and delivered to your repository.

Not staff augmentation: tasks and projects with a fixed quote

We don’t rent out developers by the hour and we don’t place people in your team. You send us a task or a project; we deliver it with a price, a date and a named contact on our side.

Responsibility stays clear: you know what you get and what it costs before we start.
