Shopware ERP & PIM integration: orders, stock and prices in sync

We connect Shopware to your ERP, PIM and shipping tools, so orders, stock and prices stay in sync without manual work. We start with one workflow at a fixed price.

Shopware Extension Partner since 2017 · around 20 shops in our care in Germany, Austria and Switzerland · 29 client references · white-label Shopware development for agencies · team in Gliwice, Poland

When a Shopware ERP or PIM integration pays off

  • Someone copies orders by hand from the shop into the ERP every day.
  • Stock levels drift apart, and customers buy goods that aren’t there.
  • Prices and product texts have to be maintained in several places.

What an integration gives you

Automatically in sync

Orders, stock and prices without retyping.

Fewer errors

No more retyping orders, so fewer mistakes and fewer hours lost each week.

Early warnings

Notifications about problems before customers notice them.

Which systems we connect to Shopware

We build simple workflows with the Shopware Flow Builder or n8n, and logic inside the shop as a custom plugin. Where it makes sense we add AI – for example for product texts and attributes from the PIM, approved by your team (AI & automation).

  • ERP and warehouse – JTL, Xentral, Pickware and other systems with an API.
  • PIM – products, attributes, translations and images from one source.
  • Shipping and payment – status, tracking numbers, returns.
  • Office tools – Google Sheets, CRM, notifications in Slack or Teams.

  2. 2PilotOne workflow that measurably saves time – at a fixed price.
  3. 3Expansion and careMore workflows, maintenance in a care plan.

What does a Shopware ERP integration cost?

The pilot has a fixed price. The integrations run on your server or on servers in the EU, with a data processing agreement and documented data flows.

We handle maintenance and adjustments to API changes in a care plan.

Does your agency have a client whose ERP needs connecting? We build the integration under your name (white label for agencies).

FAQ about Shopware ERP and PIM integration

API, middleware or plugin – how do you connect the systems?

It depends on the systems. Simple workflows run in the Shopware Flow Builder or n8n, logic that belongs in the shop goes into a custom plugin, and systems with a good API are connected directly. We explain the choice in the workshop.

Do we need new software?

Usually not. We connect the systems you already use.

What happens if the ERP vendor changes its API?

In a care plan we adapt the integration and monitor it.

What if our system has no API?

A file export or database access is often enough. We clarify this in the workshop.
